So you’ve finally beaten Final Fantasy XIII-2. Good job, but the battle doesn’t end there. On the contrary, there is almost more content to experience after the credits roll than before. This guide will cover all of the optional bosses, extra Fragments, and minigames not covered in the main guide, area by area, beginning with New Bodhum.

New Bodhum is home to several Fragments, one of which, the Heart Prism, you should have picked up during the main story. If not, search Winding Way for a hidden chest. The other Fragment is the Graviton Core Alpha, which you should have picked up as a story device.

Proceed to Bresha Ruins to continue your Fragments hunt. This area contains numerous hidden goodies for those willing to search. The tunnels to your southwest were closed off when you were here before, but upon returning you can open a chest in the Excavation Site area using Moogle Throw. Go to the circular arena to find it. You can also go into the tunnels now to find a Gate. Use a Wild Artefact to unlock the ability to travel to Bresha Ruins circa 300AF.

In the southwest tunnels, speak to a soldier named Morris to obtain the Vita Lyrica quest. Use Moogle Hunt in the tunnel to his left to find a hidden chest containing the Army Comm Device. Give the device to Morris and he will hand you the Vita Lyrica Fragment in return.

You should have already obtained the Unio Mystica Fragment by returning the lost capsules to the soldier, so you can safely bypass that on a second trip. You may have also encountered the Ghast enemy already, in which case you should speak to another of the soldiers in the encampment to collect the Ghast Fragment as your reward. If you haven’t killed the Ghast yet, the battle will be a piece of cake now with your highly leveled party. You can find the enemy in the branching area where you found the switch to control Atlas. When you enter the area, head to the left to find a dead-end area with a chest. Ghast will appear and fight you. Upon killing him, return to the soldier named Chester to collect your reward.

Speaking with Cordelia in the Excavation Site area will unlock the Ars Symphonica side quest. You’ll have to go into the control center in the northwest, near the prison that held Serah and Noel earlier. Use Moogle Hunt by the prison to find the necessary item and return it to Cordelia in exchange for a Fragment.

After completing these side quests, head to the Lamentable Rest area to find an NPC named Jed. Travel to Bresha Ruins 300AF and find the Chocobo. Head to the right of the Chocobo to find a Silver Petal. Now return to Bresha Ruins 5AF and hand it over to Jed, who will exchange the Anima Miseria Fragment for it.

While you’re in the area, you can unlock a Paradox Ending, a sort of “what if” scenario only available after you beat the main storyline. By resetting the story progress in the area, you will basically set everything back to the way it was when you first entered the area. This means that you’ll have to fight all of the bosses again, which shouldn’t be much trouble since your party will be vastly over-leveled. In order to unlock the Paradox Ending, battle Atlas without weakening him. This was essentially an impossible task the first time you came to the area, but now you should be more than a match for the titan. Use Tortoise to block his stronger attacks, and Relentless Assault to build up his Chain Gauge. The Gauge will build slowly but surely. Defeating Atlas without assistance will unlock the “A Giant Mistake” Paradox Ending.
