Hateflayer combo

Okay I realized a unbeatable combo I need to know if it's legal


Take Hateflayer and enchant it with Power of Fire

Which would make it, I tap hateflayer deal 1 damage to target creature or player untap it and deal 5 damage to creature or player I could do this an infinite amount of times for infinite damage would this be legal in tournament rules? Both are from new block so yeahhh..lol

Thats a pretty good combo

though its not that cheap- you pay 7 mana to play the hateflayer and then 4 mana for each tap/untap right?

Still pretty powerful if you can get it going
