TOS Uniform Set: Three Uniforms from the original series (blue, red, yellow). Players can clothe their Federation characters in the uniforms made famous by William Shatner and Leonard Nimoy in the classic Star Trek: The Original Series. Players can freely change the colors of the uniform. Also note: The TOS costumes do include mini-skirts!
Joined Trill: Play as a Joined Trill. Joined Trill come with a symbiote that grants you several lifetimes of experience. The "Joined" species trait grants you a bonus to five skills. At character creation, a player can select Trill as a race. This unlocks special exclusive traits that enhance the character’s abilities. Note that the special abilities are the only exclusive aspect; players are still able to create Trills in the game. However, they will lack the Trill abilities.

from their faq:

Q: Will the exclusives be offered as a microtransaction?

A: Not at launch, but somewhere down the road we may offer to let people purchases these if they did not pre-order.

I made an account just to warn people... Atari/cryptic are misleading alot of people when it comes to pre-ordering this game.

The web site implies that you get a number of bonuses if you pre order directly from Atari... when in fact it doesn't matter who you buy the digital deluxe version from you still get all of the mentioned "perks" such as original uniforms, joined trill... etc..

in fact there is NO BENEFIT to you buying from atarti... you can purchase the deluxe digital from steam or D2D get everything PLUS a retail bonus.
