    Default Ideas Unbound and Obstinate Familiar cards draw

    if I cast ideas unbound but I have Obstinate Familiar and draw only 2 cards, will I also need to just discard 2 cards at end of turn?

    No. The amount you discard isn't dependant on the amount you draw.
