If I have two Amulet of Vigor are they redundant or for example can I play a Celestial Colonnade, tap it for mana, untap it, tap it again and get two mana total out of it?

You can do that. If the land comes into play tapped and you control two Amulets, then both Amulets trigger. After the first one resolves, you untap the land, and can then tap it for mana. Then the second resolves and untaps it again.

i know that's a legit rule in magic with those amulet of vigor .....but, i seriously believe that the people behind WotC that come up with the wording need to take some English classes. If we we're to translate it at face value then the artifacts shouldn't trigger multiple mana off the same land for the card clearly states "as it comes into play tapped" ...so therefore tapping something yourself for mana shouldn't fall under that ...but it does ...another reason why a lot less people are playing magic these days ...oyeah that and discrediting mana burn. Maybe if WotC stopped changing their rules more people can follow. When was the last time they changed the rules to chess or poker?
Um...no. It did come into play tapped. Having something come into play untapped and then tapping it yourself won't trigger the Amulet."as it comes into play tapped" ...so therefore tapping something yourself for mana shouldn't fall under that ...but it does ...
Getting rid of mana burn was a good decision that, if anything, turned more players onto the game and made things easier to follow. It was an arbitrary rule that just wasn't doing enough to be worth its place in the rule book. It's one less arbitrary thing to explain to newcomers - how does that make things harder?...another reason why a lot less people are playing magic these days ...oyeah that and discrediting mana burn. Maybe if WotC stopped changing their rules more people can follow.
When was the last time chess or poker came out with new expansions every three months or so that forced them to update the rulebook? When was the last time they changed the rules to chess or poker?

So you can...
Play it
Untap it when it enters
Tap it right after the first resolves before the second?
Untap it again with the second
Tap it again?
Yup.
