    Default Aboshan's Desire Nullmage Advocate shroud return cards from graveyard opponent's hand

    Other player has an artifact creature enchanted with Aboshan's Desire. He has 7 cards in his graveyard.

    Can I use ability of Nullmage Advocate to destroy that creature? Since when I pay the cost for it I remove the threshold and the enchanted creature no longer has shroud?

    No. The ability doesn't remove the cards from the graveyard until it resolves, and you need to be able to target the artifact long, long before then.
