humility vs progenitus magic

does humility remove graveyard shuffle into library ability of progenitus, or not because once progenitus hits graveyard he is no longer affected by humility and gets his ability back and goes back to library?

remember progenitus has protection from everything so he prolly wont be affected by humility in the first place...but if somehow he were to be affected, am pretty sure humility affects only creatures on the battelfield so once he is in graveyard he will lose the humility and gain back his ability and he will get shuffled into library

Wrong on both counts. Humility doesn't damage, attach, block, or target, which are the only things protection stops, so it does affect Progenitus. Also, Progenitus has a replacement effect that stops it ever going to the graveyard in the first place. Take that ability away, and it can hit the graveyard, and it won't be shuffled back.
