    Default Magic The Gathering Rulings Remove All Creatures from the Game

    If a card says "Remove all creatures from game..." does this include creatures that cannot be targeted?

    Yes it does include non targetable creatures since it says "All" then creatures that cannot be targeted (like for example creatures with Shroud) will still be effected.

    If instead the card said "Remove TARGET creatures from the game..." then it would not include creatures that cannot be targeted.
