Most Pre-constructed decks will come with 20 land cards and, sometimes, artifacts and creatures that produce mana.

Now that 60 card preconstructed decks have been replaced by 41 card intro packs, it would be less than that. i'm not certain of the exact number (it varies from deck to deck), but I'd expect somewhere between 16 and 19.
