not getting my exclusive star trek online items

why am i not getting my exclusive star trek online items??

Some items are unlocked upon login, and some are via the in-game store. To access the in-game store:

1. Click on the triangle icon along the right-hand side of your mini-map.
2. Click on "Visit The C Store."
3. Under the "Special Unlocks" tab, select an item.
4. Click on "buy" to purchase.
