    Joined trill race is a preorder bonus and it's available in live game (not during the beta). I'm not sure if the same goes for headstart but probably so.

    Their traits are:
    • Hyper Metabolism: Health regeneration, radiation, and toxic resistance
    • Joined Symbiote: (Joined Trill only) +3.3 Starship Energy Weapons, Projectile Weapons, Warp Core and Engineering Training, +6.7 Starship Operations Training
