    Default I've never watched Star Trek. Would I still be able to enjoy Star Trek Online?

    If I never watched Star Trek, will I still enjoy playing Star Trek Online?

    There's still like 3 months until the Star Trek Online release date, go watch some star trek episodes

    But I think this game is going to be awesome for everyone, anyway there should be some sort of free trial for you to try it out and see if you like it
