    I believe you would just simplify it like a normal one. For example -2/4=-1/2
    Or I have no idea what your asking.

    Yes basically its the same as reducing regular fractions except you end up with a negative

    This sie has steps to reduce fractions:

    To reduce a fraction, follow the following three steps:

    Factor the numerator.
    Factor the denominator.
    Cancel-out fraction mixes that have a value of 1.
    Re-write your answer as the reduced fraction.

    So if we take the example from there, 24/56 and instead we make it a negarive, ie -24/56
    we have:


    -2*2*2*3
    2*2*2*7

    All the 2s are elimiated, and we are left with -3/7
