I noticed the SMB/Duck Hunt and SMB/Duck Hunt/World Class track meet games in the NES rarity list have a price for CIB and NIB. What do those prices mean (since these games had no box) or is it a mistake?

We still provide 3 prices for games that have no box, but CIB and NIB will mean something else in that context. CIB will just mean "Complete" and NIB will mean "New". So for example for the cartridges mentioned above, CIB will mean the game and the instructions, and NIB will mean the same but in new condition.
In case of games that came in special envelopes or other sort of promotional packaging, CIB and NIB will still mean that these are with the original packaging.
I'll have to add a FAQ entry to clarify this.
