Try blocking an Inkmoth Nexus after its heavily pumped from from a Kessig Wolf Run. Or a Delver of Secrets after it's transformed and your opponent has Vapor Snags at the ready...

It's among the worst, even the cards mentioned in this thread that can do something remotely useful are better than it. Costing one mana doesn't excuse it from being a terrible card.
