Thanks. This is actually a rather old design of mine that I've always liked. The only thing I've really changed is adding the drawback to prevent reanimation shenanigans.

RRRR actually doesn't stop me from reanimating Dragon Tyrant. It just makes for a slight speed bump if I can't close out the game that turn.
