Default Gaddock Teeg and force of will

If there is a Gaddock Teeg on the battlefield, can I still cast a Force of Will using it's alternate cost?

    No.

Gaddock Teeg prevents Force of Will from being cast at all.

But I think he means he's gonna pay 1 life and exile a blue card from hand instead of paying the 5 mana?

Obviously, that's what Sektor is asking about; do you see any other alternate casting cost printed on Force of Will?

Also, Jake1991 was aware of the question being asked, and gave the correct answer. Force of Will cannot be cast at all with Gaddock Teeg on the battlefield. This is because Force of Will's converted mana cost is always 5, even if cast for its alternate cost. As such, Gaddock Teeg prevents it from being cast, regardless of how you're paying for it. Which is exactly the point that Jake1991 meant to convey.

Now, hopefully this is clear to everyone.
