If one of the cards i draw from Perilous Research is a permanent, can I sacrifice it?

I think he meant if he drew creature/land/enchantment which are indeed permanents and he wants to know if he can sacrifice those for the requirement of the spell

You never have permanents in your hand, you have permanent cards. You can't sacrifice cards in your hand.
