Depends on who controls the Ankh. If an opponent controls it, you die before you gain the life. If you control it, you can gain the life, then take 2, and survive at 1.

When multiple triggered abilities trigger at the same time, first the active player's go on the stack, followed by the nonactive player's (in a multiplayer game, it goes around in turn order). Since you just played a land, you're the active player. If an opponent controls the Ankh, the Refuge's ability goes on the stack, followed by the Ankh's. The Ankh's ability then resolves first and kills you before the Refuge's ability resolves. If you control the Ankh, however, you can choose which order to stack them, meaning you can gain the life before taking 2 damage.
