can Knightly Valor enchant the token it puts into play
can Knightly Valor enchant the token it puts into play
No.
why not
Ok this may not make any sence but im tired
To enter the battlefield your knightly valor needs a valid target to attach itself to, once its done that it will then generate its token. So seeing as its already attached to a creature it cant be unattached and then put on the token.
Squirtle is correct, there are two main reasons why you can't enchant the token the aura makes. An aura enters the battlefield attached to attached to the creature it's enchanting, and enchanting requires a target upon casting, which happens before it enters the battlefield.
So how can living weapon work
Uhm...? Living weapon is not an aura ability, nor do equipment have an "enchant" ability. Equipment can exist on the battlefield without being attached to something, and equip is an activated ability that can only be activated when the equipment is already on the battlefield. Living weapon is a triggered ability that activates when the equipment enters the battlefield which puts a 0/0 Germ token onto the battlefield then attach the equipment to it.
Have you been playing equipment like auras? Because if so you seriously need to read the basic rules of the game.
