Do you mean can you tap it for mana? No, it has no mana ability.

As an aside, all lands are colorless. A card's color is determined by the following:

    1. Mana symbols in its casting cost
    2. Color indicators, and/or
    3. Characteristic-Defining Abilities

Most, if not all lands have none of the above, and as such are colorless.

In any case, DatAsh is correct. If a land has no mana abilities printed on it, then it cannot produce mana. Note that basic lands are an exception, as although their mana abilities aren't printed on the card directly, having a basic land type (Island, Mountain, etc.) inherently gives that land the ability to tap for the appropriate color of mana.

For comparison's sake, look at a card like Naya Panorama. It can produce colorless mana in addition to being able to fetch lands, but only because it has that ability printed on it.
