You mean, attack with a creature that you already control, and then use Act of Treason to get a second attack with that same creature?

The answer is no, for a couple of reasons:

    1. Act of Treason is a sorcery, which means you can only cast it during a main phase, while you have priority and the stack is empty. This means it has to be cast either before or after the combat phase of your turn, under normal circumstances.

    2. Even if you do manage to cast it during your combat phase (Vedalken Orrery, Leyline of Anticipation, or Alchemist's Refuge), using Act of Treason doesn't give you a second combat phase in which to attack again with your newly untapped creature.

If you want a second attack from a creature that has already declared an attack, you'll need another declare attackers step (and thus, another combat phase) to do it. So, you're looking for a card like Seize the Day or Relentless Assault, as Act of Treason doesn't do what you're hoping it does, as I just explained.
