Through some unconventional means, yes. Auras target when you play them, so you can't play an Aura on a creature with shroud. However, if the Aura were to come into play without being played (through, for example, Retether or Nomad Mythmaker), then it doesn't target anything, and can therefore go on a creature with shroud.

Ah, but Retether states "Aura cards that can't enchant a creature on the battlefield remain in your graveyard"...and Aura cards can't enchant creatures with shroud...Nomad Mythmaker will work though because there are no exception texts on that card...

No, Retether will work. Auras can enchant creatures with shroud (and the very fact that you agree on te Nomad Mythmaker scenario should go to prove that), you just can't play them on a creature with shroud. In addition, that text on Retether is reminder text, which has absolutely no meaning as far as the rules are concerned.

Retether and other effects will not work:

    701.3. Attach
701.3a To attach an Aura, Equipment, or Fortification to an object means to take it from where it
currently is and put it onto that object. If something is attached to a permanent on the battlefield,
it’s customary to place it so that it’s physically touching the permanent. An Aura, Equipment, or
Fortification can’t be attached to an object it couldn’t enchant, equip, or fortify, respectively.

...you just resurrected a four-year-old thread to make an incorrect ruling? Retether does work.

702.18a. Shroud is a static ability. "Shroud" means "This permanent or player can't be the target of spells or abilities."

Quick Build - In order for the rule you highlighted to apply, shroud would have to mean can't be enchanted... but it doesn't. Shroud simply prevents it from being targeted.

Retether isn't targeting the creature with shroud therefore it works as Arix said.

Funnier still, the same guy necro'd a thread on the official forums to post the exact same incorrect information:
