An update, I've replaced the image disk: btdungeoneditor.d64
I added a routine to the EDITOR.PRG file where it visually displays the bytes being rewritten back to disk. According to this colour scheme, it fails to write all of the dungeon bytes making up 10N (the 11th row from the bottom) completely. Not sure if this is a problem with one of my FOR-NEXT loops but I suspect so.
The rest of the bytes supposedly get written to disk just fine but as you can see when you go to reload the level the upper portion (from 10N upwards in fact) gets all screwy.
