Hi Corby, you asked what Art Trading Cards are; they are tiny works of art exactly the size of a baseball card. These are collectibles and are gaining in popularity. They are also known as ACEO, which stands for Art Cards, Edition and Original.

I prefer the watercolor art cards, originals. You can find them painted in every subject under the sun.

I suppose I like the watercolors because I also paint them, trade them, sell them and collect them.

You can see a wide variety of ACEO's by either googling the term or go to Ebay and plug in ACEO into the search engine there.

What are Artist Trading Cards?

Art Cards Editions and Original, or ACEOs for short. Several years later, ACEOs are flourishing. More and more people are collecting ACEOs; art supply stores are beginning to stock specialized materials that help artists create them. Perhaps most significantly, art critics are beginning to take notice of these small yet exquisite works of art.
The main difference between ACEOs and the more traditional “art cards” (which also have dimensions similar to baseball cards and have been around for a while) is that artists primarily create ACEOs with the intention of selling them, preferably on eBay and etsy. Artists can offer their ACEO creations directly to a worldwide audience of art lovers.
