Avon Wizard of OZ Cream Sachet Pendent

I have a Wizard of OZ cream sachet pendant and the lady I acquired it from years ago said she was a dancer in the original Wizard of OZ movie and Judy Garland commissioned Avon to make these pendants and gave them to the dancers in the cast. I have not been able to find anyone who knows anything about this pendant. Does anyone out there know?
