Default Steel cross and plate from Japan

    191.jpg189.jpg196.jpg198.jpg

I found these items when my grandmother passed and trying to find any historical value. The cross belonged on a necklace and is heavy - it feels like steel. On the back it says N.TSO does anyone know what that means? the maker? Any history on this? dates? value?

As for the plate it is veery tiny almost like a little girls tea set plate. But it looks like its outer top is gold design. The back just says made in occupied japan. It looks very old. Does this look like an artist or a certain era or anything to anyone? Even guesses on value, history, companies...anything would be appriciated

I found this about the necklace:

Nellie Tso, a Navajo, was a silversmith for the Atkinson Trading Company around 1980. She specialized in sand cast watchbands. The hallmark you describe is one of four ways she has used to sign her work.
