    Default Thomas Jefferson and The Military?

    I found these when my grandma passed away. Does anyone know when the 1 cent thomas jefferson stamps were issued and their worth? Also I found this button and was wondering if it is just a pretty design or means anything. My grandpa was in the military. is this a military button? what era is it from? The back says liberty button co. does anyone know any history on that company? Any history, value or anything about these items would be appriciated! Thanks!

    not sure about the button, but I believe that the thomas jefferson 1c stamp is pretty common...
