    Default USPS Attempted Delivery Abroad Netherlands?

    I shipped an item i sold on Ebay to the Netherlands through USPS express mail (Thats what the buyer paid for)

    I am tracking it on USPS website and the status says:

    Label/Receipt Number: *********
    Class: Express Mail International®
    Status: Attempted Delivery Abroad

    We attempted to deliver your item in NETHERLANDS at 8:43 AM on November 5, 2009.

    Attempted Delivery Abroad, November 05, 2009, 8:43 am, NETHERLANDS

    What does it mean???

    It probably just means nobody was home to sign for the package. They will attempt to redeliver it again.
