octo watch

i'm a new guy here and seems like the place to be. anyone familiar with Octo watches? this one has Libela Watch co. 17 jewels inside the case. i found this under some bushes in the early 1960's working on my father-in-law's gardens,
it is is still working. there are 8 small diamonds and 3 larger. any information would be appreciated.
