RarityGuide.com staff reported Aug 19 2009 at 4:00 am in the morning to Lombard Street in San Francisco between Hyde and Leavenwoth, a part of the street known well for its steep curves.

Like in a military operation, this street is being turned into a giant Candy Land Board game in honor of Hasbro Candyland's 60'th anniversary. Children from UC San Francisco Children’s Hospital will be playing this real life candyland game.

In the end there will be cake and a party.

We spotted a case full of Hasbro Candy Land Sweet Celebration Games. Probably to be ginven out as a prize to contestants

The Hasbro Candy Land event in Lombard was a Great success! We took lots of photos and they are currently being processed in our digital photography lab, should be up by the end of the day! So make sure to bookmark this and check back later!

This is just the beginning

Anyway threads with too many of images (and we have 252 photos from the Lombard candyland celebration) take a long time to load, especially on mobile devices (which many users use to access the site) and/or slow connections. So usually we split these photos into many threads with a few photos each.
