How do I subscribe to RarityGuide Pro?

Who is RarityGuide Pro for?
Everyone can benefit from a RarityGuide Pro subscription, whether you are a seasoned collector, or a casual shopper on Ebay or at thrift shops, a treasure hunter at garage sales, flea markets, etc. In fact, most of our users make the subscription money back within their first months by identifying and buying a valuable item from a thrift shop or garage sale, and many others use the price guides to find rare items that are underpriced, and sell them for their real value on Ebay.

You can also use the guides to appraise items you own, for example if you have an old lot of video games gathering dust in your garage. Some collectibles can be worth hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars!

What do I get when I subscribe?
You get UNLIMITED access to our price guides database. You can log in as many times as you want, do an infinite number of searches, print whatever you want, save results for custom searches in Excel or PDF to take with you to a garage sale or thrift store, and a lot more. What kind of items do you have in your database?
We have thousands upon thousands of items catalogued, from classic video games to trading cards, comics, action figures, magazines, and more. Did you know that certain old issues of "TIME" magazines can be worth hundreds of dollars? Or there are rare video games that are worth tens of thousands of dollars? Would you recognize them at a thrift shop by yourself?

Will you be adding new items?
Yes! We are constantly researching and adding new categories and items to the database. If you are interested in some item and it's not in the database, email us and we will see about adding it as soon as possible. We can also help RarityGuide Pro members find the value of an item not listed in the database, just contact us and we will research the price for you!

How much does it cost?
Price varies depending on the Subscription period. If you subscribe for a longer period, the price will be lower. See the registration form for the current pricing: http://www.rarityguide.com/pro/signup.php
Will subscription prices ever go up?
Once you subscribe, as long as you maintain an active subscription, you will maintain the original price of your subscription and it will never go up for you!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, a leading payment processor. PayPal is free to join, and you will be able to pay your subscription using any major credit card.
Is my information secure?
PayPal, a global, industry-leading payment processor, handles all the payments on their secure server, so you can rest assured all your information is safe. Refer to PayPal for detailed information regarding security. We do not store any sensitive financial information on our servers. All we ask for is your name and email address.

How do I login to RarityGuide Pro?
Go to this page: http://www.rarityguide.com/pro/ and put in the email you used to sign up, and your password. We recommend you bookmark the page for faster access.
I forgot my password?
Just click on "Forgot Password" under the login form, and you will be taken to the Password Reset Form.

How do I use RarityGuide Pro?
The user interface is very intuitive. We have a User's Manual available. If you still need assistance, you can ask in the forums or email support@rarityguide.com and we will be happy to assist.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You are free to cancel your RarityGuide Pro any time you want and for any reason. Once you cancel your subscription, you will no longer be billed
How do I cancel?
You can cancel the subscription yourself at any time, from your Paypal account. Alternatively, you can email us at support@rarityguide.com and we will cancel it from our side.
