Anybody here play Anachronism? Very fun game, plus you learn a bit about history.

It had interesting cards and game mechanics, and games were fast and fun.

Though one thing I didnt like about it is that there were no real "booster packs" or anything. You would buy a certain set and you'd know exactly what cards you would get, so there was no real rarity element as in the core of trading card games.

I used to play, but our group stopped after the fourth set when our TO moved away. I actually liked the set boosters, as I only buy singles in Magic anymore.

The rarity element was really in the tournament prizes.

I remember this game, I still like it very much. I just do not know many other people who play. I still have my cards and would be quite willing to play again. I would just need a quick refreshing on the rules.
