What do you hate about Trading Card Games (TCGs)?

I am trying to create my own TCG/CCG amd want to see what features people hate about trading card games (so that I know what to avoid )

Please post what you don't like about Collectible Card Games

I hate if there are cards that are overpowered, like if you include them in your deck then you will win for sure and theres no real defense against them.

Yeah I think game balance is one of the most important aspects of a trading card game, it might be tempting to make a card very powerful but you should strive to make the game as balanced as possible.

On the other side of making cards too powerful, I don't like it if a trading card game has too many worthless cards. I think you should try so that every card can contribute something in some way.

You can make cards powerful, but make sure that the cost to play such cards are very high

I don't like it if the rules are too complicated. On the other hand though, I do not like it if the rules are too dumbed down.

This is another area where you must carefully balance. The game shouldn't be frustrating to learn, but on the other hand it should'nt be too simplistic.
