there are probably several that share the top spot. wizards of the cost has given out several diffrent cards for winners of magic world championships. these cards like the foil Morphling exist only once. doesn't get much rare than that ;)
My friend told me there are $10,000 dollar cards in Magic: The Gathering. Are there?
Blue Tornado is one of the ones you're talking about. It was a printing error that was caught, but some slipped out in boosters.
There are others like 1996 World Champion that Wizards only printed one of that bring in a decent amount of $$.
