just noticed this on another site, they have button at the bottom next to Quote, Quick Reply etc, that other can click to say "Thank You" and there is an additional counter in the stat box for thanks. (Name, Title, Posts etc).
It seems like a novel idea since this place is all about helping folks and answering questions. ;)
