what is the level cap in star trek online?

I've read somewhere that its 20, (which means 200 ranks) but don't take my word for gospel, it's second hand.

50 levels/grades:

• Lieutenant – level 1 to 10
• Lieutenant Commander – level 11 to 20
• Commander – level 21 to 30
• Captain – level 31 to 40
• Admiral – level 41 to 50
