Hi all. I'm hoping someone can help me. I have a 24" x 36" Lithograph by Thomas Kinkaid called " Clearing Storms " it was printed in 1999 and signed with imprinted DNA. I have a COA for the framed lithograph and also an appraisal from 2005 for $ 695.00. Can someone help me by telling me what it's worth today. Thanks.
