Default Very Old Accordion...No labels??

I can't find anything like it online. There are no labels. The only marking is a "Made in Italy" that looks as if it was scratched(?) on. It is beautiful and the front has a mesh type screen and it looks like there is a gold trim on it. Almost like gold flakes.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Matt
