NES - Flintstones: Surprise at Dinosaur Peak

I bought Flintstones: Surprise at Dinosaur Peak from BlockBuster back in '96. It's CIB, with everything in great shape (box, manual, game cartridge).
My questions are:

• What can I expect to sell this game for on Ebay?
  It's priced here for 1256.00/608.00/282.00. But since it was a BlockBuster only game, obviously it can't be NIB.

• Do NES game sell at a higher rate than other console systems?
  It seems everyone want this particular system.

After seeing the following Ebay auction, only for the box, no game or manual:

$600 - 700 does sound about right for this game boxed. Maybe even a bit more depending how badly someone will want it.

And yeah I also have observed that NES games seem to sell more than ohter old school consoles, not sure why I guess its just popular like is.
