Default MANGIA NTSC atari 2600, condor a, bomb assault ntsc, SSPV INTV

hi i found a while ago a copy of MANGIA NTSC version (loose), i know its pretty rare, but how much is it worth it?
i know the last one sold in a sooner closed bid on ebay at 750$, after i contacted the seller and he told me there where people offering around 2k! and he pretty much regrets not letting the bid end...
is it really worht 2k? at atariage the answer was "is a game you ask for the price"... but as im thinking off letting it go (financial issues).. might sell it on ebay...

i also own and need some help with:
a copy of legit condor attack (T version loose)
    bomb assault NTSC loose

    and for INTV:
    Spiker Super Pro Volleyball (CIB)
Mountain Madness Super Pro Skiing (CIB & one loose copy)

    thanks in advance

According to the Atari 2600 price guide here:

    RarityGuide.com - Atari 2600 Rarity Guide - Price Guide - Games

Mangia is worth $720, which sounds about right... $2k sounds a bit too high

There's also an Intellivision rarity guide here you can check values of intellivision games:

RarityGuide.com - Intellivision Rarity Guide - Online Price Guide

I'm pretty sure that the Spiker Super Pro Volleyball is very rare
