What is the value of a 3 cent U.S. Stamp?

I have recently come across a 3 cent U.S. Stamp that has not been postmarked; it has the words "Conestoga Wagon 1800s" on it with "USA 3", along with the image of a covered wagon on it. The paper it is printed on is in great condition.
