    The easiest way to encounter Hippopotas is to head to the Ruin Maniac's Tunnel off Route 214. Aside from that, a trainer on the second Basement floor of Iron Island has one in their party.
    Finally, a new generation of Pokemon for us to enjoy. There is much to look forward to in 2011!
