    Short of hacking your game, this card is impossible to get without Wi-fi. Most places will have a Wi-Fi area that are compatible with the Nintendo DS, like Public Libraries.
    Finally, a new generation of Pokemon for us to enjoy. There is much to look forward to in 2011!
