    The best option looks like one would need to use a Smeargle. This is an interesting Pokemon because it can learn any move it sees with sketch. Just breed a Male Smeargle that has these two moves with an Eevee. I did not really see any other way to get this result.
    Finally, a new generation of Pokemon for us to enjoy. There is much to look forward to in 2011!
