    It all depends on what you want to train the Eevee for. Eevee itself is not much of a combatant. I would recommend evolving it into one of its more advanced forms as the base form honestly offers very little.

    As far as what to EV train them, simply consult this site to find out what are the competitive builds:
    Smogon University - Competitive Pokmon Community
    Finally, a new generation of Pokemon for us to enjoy. There is much to look forward to in 2011!
