Here are some suggestions:

Sp. Defense: Tentacool - Surf
Defense: Graveler and Steelix - Iron Island
Speed: Zubats and Golbats - look for them in caves
Sp. Attack: Gastlys - Old chateau
Attack: Kricketune and Bibarels - route 212
HP: Shellos - Route 205 south
