Just about anywhere. Even the "useless" Feebas and Magikarp into into things of considerable power. I personally think one of the best Pokemon comes from Bebe, the Eevee, but I'm obviously biased. Take a look around places like Serebii.net (or for competitive play Smogon.com) and see what looks good to you or simply play through the game and catch what you like. The trick is honestly to stick with some, just a party's worth and level them up. Get a good balanced team, with attack and defense and you can't go wrong.
