where do i find eevee in pokemon platinum?

I already got the eevee from Bebe, and im supposed to be able to find eevee in the trophy garden after i get the national pokedex, which i have, but im not seeing them i also understand i can find ditto in the trophy garden as well, so i can breed for eevees, but i havent seen them. help?

go to Mr. Backlot's Room each day (Left corridor, first door), save just before talking to Mr. Backlot. After you save, talk to him, agreeing with what he says, and eventually he'll mention a species of Pokemon. If he doesn't say Eevee/Ditto, reset! Once he says Eevee (or ditto), head for the Trophy Garden, run around and get your Eevee/Ditto.

The Poke-radar is more useful when trying to get a good chain of encounters. As far as encountering Eevee, it's a low chance (~5%). A good trick I've learned, used for harvesting Lucky Eggs, is have your lead Pokemon at lvl 18 and using Max Repel. This will decrease the random encounters and limit it more to Eevee and other high level Pokemon in that area.
