What level does the pokemon hoothoot evolve at?

Does anyone know what level hoot hoot the pokemon evolves at?

As stated in the handy Levels Evolution Guide, Hoothoot will evolve at lvl 20

Also check out the Evolution 200 guide, it has the rest of the Pokemon, who evolve through Trade, items and happiness

if you catch the hoothoot at a level after 20, dont worry. just level it up to the next Level. trust me. i had a level 26 hoothoot, and i just leveled it up, and it evolved. so really hoothoot could evolve anywhere after or at level 20.
